| Can I log in with fingerprint or faceID | Yes, you can log in with both fingerprint and faceID. You can also use Code app. |
| Why do I need to install the code app to use Nordea Mobile? | Nordea must authenticate customers securely. Nordea Codes is the first supported authentication method for Nordea Mobile.

| What is Siirto? | Siirto is a Finnish domestic multi-bank realtime payment service. Payer finds the receiver based on mobile phone numbers. Funds are immediately available for the receiver for spending. Siirto is used by both consumers and corporates. |
| What is a Siirto salary payment? | Siirto salary payment is a joint service provided by Nordea and Salaxy. Employer selects the employee based on a phone number. Salaxy will calculate the salary details. Salary payment is done in real-time, and funds are immediately available for the employee to use. |

| Why can’t I use the old mobile bank anymore? | As we are developing a new mobile bank, the old will not be updated and will no longer be valid. |
| Can I open an account in Nordea Mobile? | No, at the moment it’s not possible to open an account in Nordea Mobile, but it’s part of our development plan. |
| How does Nordea Mobile differ from Private Netbank? | You can do almost all your daily banking in Nordea Mobile. There are still a few features you need to have Private Netbank to use. |

Do I need to buy a new phone?
| If you have an Android device and it can't update to 5.0 or am Apple phone that can't update to iOS 10.0 then you need a new phone to use Nordea Mobile. If you have a Windows phone you cannot use Nordea Mobile. For all three we recommend that you use Private Netbank in your browser, if you do not want to buy a new phone. |

| Is there some kind of a time limit for using the app? Does the mobile bank log you out after xx minutes? | Yes, for your security Nordea Mobile automatically logs you out after 10 min of not using it. |
| Where is login with password? | You can no longer log in with password, you need to login with the code app. |
I cannot log in to the mobile bank app. What could be the issue? | This situation is caused because the operating system in some devices closes the mobile bank app when the code app is activated on top of it. It is possible that some power savings features have been activated in these devices and they actively close the apps in the background. |
| I entered my PIN code in the code app or tried to log in with fingerprint authentication/Touch ID, but when I returned to the mobile bank app it again showed me the login page. Next time I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that I had already logged in someplace else and I could not proceed. | You should check their power saving settings and try to delete them. After this, the mobile bank app should open normally. |
