Become a corporate customer online
Easy and quick way to become a corporate customer online to Nordea. By following the instructions below you will be able to become a corporate customer to Nordea. You can become Nordea's corporate customer with any of the Finnish bank's netbank ID's.
The use of the service requires that the company form is soletrader (toiminimi), limited liability company (osakeyhtiö), limited partnership (kommandiittiyhtiö) or general partnership (avoin yhtiö). Companies in their start-up phase can also use this service to become a customer online.
Open the banking services you need
When you become a customer through the Online Service, you can choose a service package that fits your business. The packages you can choose from are Nordea Business Start and Nordea Business Plus.

After your application has been processed, you can sign up to the service once more and start using all the services. For instructions on filling in the application, see below.
1. You can fill in the application when:
- You have access codes to log in.
- You have a mobile phone.
- You have a Finnish passport or identity card.
- You are of age.
- You are Finnish citizen.
- Your domicile is in Finland and you are legally competent.
- You are authorized to sign behalf the company.
- The company form is soletrader, limited liability company, limited partnership or general partnership.
2. The application process
- The bank automatically retrieves information from the Trade Register.
- The service may also demand the signature of another representative of the company depending on the company's signature clause.
- You can take a break, save the application and continue later.
- We will process your application within 1 to 2 weeks
- We will be in contact with you once we start handling your application.
3. Login to the service once more
After receiving the text message please log in to the service again and take the code app into use. By logging in to the service again you will automatically get one of our packages and all the services it includes.
