Order financial statements

You can retrieve balance statements as well as liability and security statements electronically from file transfer or Netbank. 

How do electronic services benefit your company?

• You can retrieve these monthly statements via Netbank or file transfer any time of the day.
• The previous month’s statements are available on the fifth banking day of the following month.
• Your company can also authorise an accounting firm, a house managing agency, auditor or another group company to retrieve the material from file transfer at the same price.
• The accounting firm and house managing agency can retrieve the statements of all companies they need in one go.
• It is also possible to retrieve the statements retroactively: from file transfer 4 months back and from Corporate Classic Netbank 18 months back.
• The statements are available in Finnish, Swedish or English.

Subscribe to these handy low-cost services right away! You can activate the balance statement service yourself in Netbank. 

• If you want to order statements directly to the accounting firm or auditor, order the files in Corporate Classic Netbank (opens in a new window) or Corporate Netbank (opens in a new window). There are three different order forms to choose from depending on whether you want to order the statements to your company, group or house managing agency.
• If you only want to order the statements to your company, submit an order. We will post the statements to the company's permanent address in the bank's register. There is a backlog in the deliveries of the financial statements material, which may cause delays in the posting of the printouts.
• The previous month’s files are available on the fifth banking day of the following month. The delivery time is five (5) banking days.
