I belong to an at-risk group and/or need special assistance. What should I do about an urgent banking matter?
1. Call Nordea Customer Service (tel. 0200 70 000) and tell us about your specific need. Many banking matters can be handled directly on the phone.
We currently offer the following services in branch::
- Cashier services at designated branches; you can also order cash by post
- Payments (primary options: self-service channels, direct transfers, Customer Service or payment service envelopes)
- Quick and urgent matters related to estates (paying bills, ordering balance statements and delivering documents for the establishment of the distributees of the estate)
- Urgent matters related to safety deposit boxes
- Submitting rental security deposits
- Document deliveries (for example in relation to housing trades)
- Orders related to investment advice
- Advice related to and opening of digital services
2. Discuss your need with our adviser to see what is the best way we can assist you.
3. Book an appointment in branch when needed.
I don’t belong to an at-risk group but I need to visit a branch urgently. What should I do?
You can book an appointment in the following urgent matters even if you don’t belong to an at-risk group:
- Activation of new access codes
- Housing trades
- Urgent matters related to safety deposit boxes
- Payments (primary options: self-service channels, direct transfers, Customer Service or payment service envelopes)
- Submitting a rental security deposit
- Document deliveries (for example in relation to housing trades)
- Investment orders

Our digital signing service allows you to sign agreements online, and we can hold negotiations with you either in an online meeting or on the phone. If you need help in handling your banking, don’t hesitate to call our Customer Service to ask one of our advisers on how to proceed.
I have previously made an appointment in branch. What should I do?
To prevent the spreading of coronavirus, we are changing all appointments in branch to online or phone meetings whenever possible. If you have booked an appointment in branch, we will contact you before the meeting about changing it to an online or phone meeting.
