1. Your dedicatedPremium Wealth Advisor works with you and your family. As your partner in wealth management, the Premium Wealth Advisor will take care of your investment portfolio and make sure it helps you achieve your goals as your life changes.
2. If necessary, your Premium Banker will refer you to a legal counsel specialising in wealth management to get support in legal matters. You will receive detailed recommendations based on your personal situation on how to transfer wealth within your family, for instance. Legal counselling services are subject to a fee. This service is available only in Finnish and Swedish.
3. Our finance specialists dedicated to helping our Premium Customers will make sure any loan-related matters are handled quickly and integrated into your overall wealth management.
4. Do your daily banking effortlessly by identifying yourself when you call us at 0200 70 000 (local network charge/mobile call charge). Our phone service at 0200 7000 in English is open on Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00 (and in Finnish at 0200 3000 24/7). This way you can handle all your daily banking matters at once. The easiest way to reach Nordea Customer Service is to call us through your mobile bank app.

The Principles for Responsible Investment apply to all of our actively managed funds, and the holdings of our funds are screened annually. This will reveal to us if the funds invest in companies that violate the international norms related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. 

Our wealth management solutions for Premium Customers include a range of widely diversified and actively managed Premium investment solutions for you to choose from. Furthermore, you will have access to a variety of savings and investment products from deposit accounts to insurance policies and funds as well as investment bonds.

To support your investment decisions, you will also have topical and regular analyses, reports and webinars by the best experts on the market available to you free of charge.

Competitive pricing

1. Fund trading is free of charge for Premium Customers in mobile bank and Netbank – we do not charge any subscription, switching and redemption fees.
2. The minimum brokerage fee in Netbank and Nordea Investor is 0.06% but no more than 1% of the trading price for small trades. 
3. You will not pay any fees for your book-entry account if you make at least one trade during a quarter. 
4. You can also use Nordea Investor free of charge. This online trading service allows you to track the performance of your investments in real time and trade in investment products. It also offers plenty of information, analyses and reviews for free. 
5. As our Premium Customer, you can do your daily banking free of charge: an account, access codes, either a Nordea Gold or a Nordea Credit MasterCard as well as a Mobile bank and Netbank service.
6. The Premium Interest Rate Collar stabilises changes in the rates and you can be certain that the interest rate will not increase above the agreed level. With Premium FlexiPayment, you can reduce or increase your housing loan repayments and thereby decide on your finances.
7. Premium Customers get a 20% discount on Nordea MyLife personal insurance. 
   
8. Premium Customers get a 15% discount on the normal commission of Huoneistokeskus, SKV Kiinteistönvälitys and the HUOM! real estate agencies and a 10% discount on their normal commission on home rental.

Exclusive benefits

As our Premium Customer, you are entitled to a Wealth 360 plan drawn up by a legal counsel. This comprehensive plan takes your overall situation into consideration and is an efficient way to arrange all legal matters related to your wealth. This service is available only in Finnish and Swedish.

Persons closely associated with our Premium Customers are entitled to obtain a housing loan at a competitive price.

The benefit can be obtained from your Premium Wealth Adviser and applies to new housing loans.

As our Premium Customer, you will get the first month free of charge if you take out a new home insurance or landlord insurance policy from If.

The benefit is available to you in connection with a credit negotiation or from the Customer Service and it applies to new insurance policies.

As our Premium Customer, you will get a Mastercard Premium credit card. It includes a Priority Pass that entitles its holder to four visits to airport lounges free of charge. The card has a credit limit of up to 20,000 euros and includes overseas travel insurance and Product Safety insurance. The card is free for the first 6 months and after that there will be an annual or a monthly fee (90 euros per year or 7.50 euros per month).
