What loans does the instalment-free period offer cover? Can I get an instalment-free period on other loans relating to my home, such as renovation loans?

You can apply for an instalment-free period on a new or existing housing loan, renovation loan or consumer credit. You can get an instalment-free period through FlexiPayment or by applying for such a period separately. FlexiPayment is a feature of Nordea’s housing loans that is included automatically in most loans. Check whether your loan already has the FlexiPayment feature before applying for it. We apply normal credit-granting procedures to FlexiPayment and instalment-free periods, taking into account current exceptional circumstances.

Miten voin saada joustoa asuntolainani lyhennyksiin?

Nordean uusissa asuntolainoissa on valmiina LyhennysJousto-ominaisuus, jolla voit pitää tauon lyhennyksistä tai maksaa korkojen lisäksi osan lyhennyksistä. Toinen vaihtoehto on hakea lyhennysvapaata. LyhennysJouston ja lyhennysvapaan myöntämiseen sovellamme normaaleja luotonmyönnön kriteerejä, poikkeusolosuhteet huomioiden.

When will the instalment-free period I applied for become valid?

Your instalment-free period and FlexiPayment will become valid as of the next loan repayment. Please apply for the change well in advance of the due date on your next repayment to avoid potential delays in making the changes you have requested because of a temporary overload in our Customer Service.

If you have an existing FlexiPayment feature, please note that you must make the changes to your loan repayment before 23.00 on the day preceding the original due date. If the original due date of the repayment is on a Saturday and the debiting of the repayment is automatically postponed until Monday, you still need to make the change by 23.00 on Friday. If the original due date of the repayment is on a Sunday and it will be charged on Monday, you need to make the change by 23.00 on Saturday.

Miten voin saada joustoa kortti- tai kulutusluottoihin?

Nordean luottokorteissa ja Joustoluotossa on useita joustomahdollisuuksia valmiina. Voit hyödyntää esimerkiksi lyhennysvapaat kuukaudet tai pienentää korttiluoton lyhennystäsi. Muutokset korttiisi voit tehdä verkkopankissa.

How do I activate the code app?

You need an activation code and temporary PIN-code to activate Nordea Codes on a new device. To ensure safe usage the app can´t be copied from one device to another and it must therefore be downloaded separately for each device.

You can activate your first Nordea Codes app in the Netbank. Go to Edit Netbank and choose Access codes, here you can request activation codes for the app. As a new customer you get the activation codes as a part of the Become a customer-package.

If you use Nordea Codes on another device, you can use it to activate the Code app on the new device. The activation is done by creating a QR-code on the old device and scanning it to activate the Code app on the new device.

If the device you have activated the Code app on is lost or broken, you can get activation codes by contacting our customer service by:

• Calling customer service Mon-Fri 8-18 at 0200 70000
• Chat if you have credentials from another bank or Nordea Codes on another device
• At the branch office, be sure to bring valid identification

Once you have the temporary codes you can start the enrollment by following instructions in the app.

If you have a Code app in use, you can activate a new device by scanning a QR-code from the old device.

We recommend that you activate Nordea Codes on multiple devices to make sure you can continue using the app in case your primary device is lost or broken.

Olen unohtanut korttini PIN koodin. Mistä löydän sen?

PIN-koodin tarkistat helpoiten maksutta mobiilipankista tai verkkopankista. Mobiilipankissa näet tunnusluvun valitsemalla kyseisen kortin tiedoista Tunnusluku -> Näytä tunnusluku. Verkkopankista tunnusluku löytyy kohdasta: Yhteenveto tai Talous -> Kortit -> valitse kortti -> Katso tunnusluku -> Näytä.  

Kuinka muutan korttini turvarajaa, maarajausta ja internet-käyttöä?

Kortin turva-asetuksia voit muuttaa verkkopankissa, kohdassa Päivittäiset raha-asiat -> Kortit -> Turvarajat / maarajaus ja internet käyttö.

Asetuksia voit muuttaa myös mobiilipankissa. Valitse mobiilipankin tilit osiosta haluamasi kortti -> Asetukset
