With the code calculator, you can log in to Netbank, as well as identify yourself in Nordea Customer Service. You can also pay for your online shopping securely and identify yourself in other service providers' services.

  • You can order the code calculator via Netbank by navigating to the section ‘Access codes’ under the ‘Edit Netbank’ tab.

The order for the first code calculator is free of charge. The following code calculators are subject to a fee in accordance with Nordea's tariff.

Speaking code calculator for visually impaired customers

Nordea's talking code calculator has been designed in cooperation with the Finnish Federation of the Visually Impaired and it is primarily intended for our visually impaired customers.

Nordea’s talking code calculator is used for login, confirmation of payments and orders, additional confirmation of payments and for identification.

Customers can attach their headphones to the calculator if they want to hear the codes listed through them.

Talking code calculator is now available in Nordea branches.
