If you are not yet using our mobile bank, you should start now
Mobile bank can be used with smartphones and tablets, and you can download both it and the code app for free from your app store. Netbank is free of charge for mobile bank users.
Examples of our package pricing
Each package includes specific products and services, which determine the amount of the monthly fee. You are eligible for the package pricing if you have access codes, a current account and a card.
Mobile Plus package
- Requires that you are using mobile bank and have an account and a card.
- Includes current accounts, 1–2 cards, Netbank, mobile bank and the monthly fee for access codes.
- Costs 4 euros per month.
- Costs 0.00 euros per month for housing loan customers*.
Services not included in the package are subject to fees stated in our tariff.
*Young customers aged 18 to 23 who are not Check-in Customers will get the Mobile Plus package at the same price as customers with housing loans as of December 2018.
Basic package
- Requires that you are using Netbank and have an account and a card.
- Includes current accounts, 1–2 cards, Netbank and the monthly fee for access codes.
- Costs 7.50 euros per month.
- Costs 4.00 euros per month for housing loan customers*.
Services not included in the package are subject to fees stated in our tariff.
*Young customers aged 18 to 23 who are not Check-in Customers will get the Basic package at the same price as customers with housing loans as of December 2018.
Further information on the package pricing
The cards included in the package are Nordea Gold, Nordea Credit, Nordea Debit and Nordea Electron. Services not included in the package are subject to our tariff.
It is also possible to sign up for individual services, in which case we will apply service-specific fees in accordance with our tariff. Nordea Customer Service will be happy to advise you on matters related to opening services.
The bank has the right to change the content and price of the Mobile Plus and Basic packages when it notifies the customers of this in advance. The package is available as long as the customer uses all the products included in the package. If any of the services included in the package are terminated, the individual service-specific fees will be applied. The youth discount on the Mobile Plus and Basic packages will end when the customer turns 24.
